All you need to do is make sure you upload a Bod·ē video diary (5 min. or less) or 250 word or less essay that recaps your Bod·ē transformation experience and ensure that your final transformation results in your Vemma Bod•ē Trainer are current and accurate as of Sunday, August 11 by 11:59 p.m. PST. This will secure your chance to be selected as a finalist, with amazing prize packages up for grabs. The online Bod·ē Trainer will automatically collect your results on the Challenge deadline, whether you are in the Individual Women’s, Individual Men’s, Couples or Team categories.
